We listen, we ask questions, than we propose solutions. The Partner makes decisions on an informed basis and acquires knowledge. We listen with empathy to the Partner’s needs, but we use rational arguments for our solutions. We base our action on the fact that things can change and get tricky. The sensations are important, but they must be supported by facts. We assume that every player affects the process: decisions may have a curvilinear shape, and “jumps” are part of the possibilities of the world. Our goal is a long-term relationship with the Partner.
